CULTURAL, SPORTS, AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS COMMISSION

Missions :

  • Contribute to the development of the university's strategy in the cultural, sports, and social fields;
  • Propose an annual program of cultural, sports, and social activities;
  • Manage the social affairs of all university departments and propose measures in this regard;
  • Ensure the coordination of cultural, sports, and social activity programs;
  • Coordinate with the social, cultural, and sports associations of the university's various institutions;
  • Develop a cooperation strategy in the social, cultural, and sports fields with the various institutions and stakeholders concerned;
  • Propose criteria for the allocation of the annual budget allocated to social affairs and cultural and sports activities;
  • Review requests for support for cultural, sports, and social activities;
  • Submit an annual report and proposals to the Council;
  • Propose the development of social, cultural, and athletic facilities;
  • Monitor all activities organized in the university's various cultural, social, and athletic spaces.

Composition :

  • A maximum of 2 elected professors per institution;
  • 3 heads of university institutions;
  • Representatives from the economic and social sector;
  • Representatives of administrative and technical staff
  • 3 student representatives;
  • The Vice President for Academic Affairs and University Life attends the committee's work;
  • The University Secretary General also attends the committee's work.
