PRESENTATION
Created in 2020 following a ministerial decision, the Doctoral Studies Center (PEDoc) is a structure of the University responsible for managing the doctoral cycle, in coordination with the institutions hosting accredited doctoral programs.
The primary mission of PEDoc is to promote research and doctoral training through valorization and innovation. It oversees the entire doctoral journey, from application to the awarding of the degree, in coordination with the institutions, thesis supervisors, research structures, and relevant administrative services.
PEDoc ensures the dissemination of information and procedures related to the doctoral curriculum through the UH2C website (www.univh2c.ma) and the doctoral cycle management platform (https://gcd.univh2c.ma).
PEDoc comprises 3 Doctoral Study Centers (CED) and 99 laboratories accredited by UH2C (2025 edition), distributed across three disciplinary fields :
- Doctoral Study Center in Science, Technology, and Medical Sciences
- Doctoral Study Center in Humanities, Arts, and Education Sciences
- Doctoral Study Center in Legal, Economic, Social, and Management Sciences
