Hassan II University of Casablanca (UH2C) informs its scientific community of the official launch of the National Program to Support Research, Development, and Innovation (PNARDI) for the period 2025–2028.

Launched on April 7, 2025, this program marks a strategic milestone for Morocco by placing research and innovation at the service of sustainable development. It is supported through a partnership between the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation (MESRSI), the OCP Foundation, the National Center for Scientific and Technical Research (CNRST), and the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P).

In line with the High Royal Directives and the objectives of Framework Law 51-17, the PNARDI aims to mobilize national expertise and their partners around high-impact, excellence-driven scientific projects. A total budget of 1 billion Moroccan dirhams, spread over four years, has been allocated to finance this program.

The first 2025 edition is structured around three sub-programs :

• IBN ALBANNA : dedicated to research and development,
• IBN BATTOUTA : aimed at supporting young researchers.
