Center for Educational Innovation

The CIP-UH2C is a cross-disciplinary structure within the University dedicated to developing and supporting pedagogical innovation in teaching and learning. Its objectives are to strengthen, enrich, and diversify the innovative pedagogical practices of UH2C faculty members.

The CIP-UH2C's vision is to improve the learning conditions of all UH2C students by supporting faculty members and training managers in their pedagogical transformation projects.

CIP ACTIVITIES

The CIP-H2UC organizes its activities around these main axes:

  • E-learning H2UC : Provide accessible distance education for all – teachers and students – via platforms like Moodle and Loghate.
  • Support and Assistance : Associate an instructional designer with each team of researcher-teachers wishing to improve their teaching practices for continuous pedagogical quality enhancement.
  • Community of Practices : Create physical and digital spaces, synchronous and asynchronous, for teachers to exchange on their pedagogical methods. This action will also include training on topics such as course design and assessment.
  • Techno-pedagogical Tools : Ensure support and dissemination of tools like Moodle and Teams, while adopting a user-centered approach to improve tools based on the needs of students, teachers, and administrative staff.

The CIP-H2UC is committed to designing teaching and learning as a science, inspired by that of major international institutions. It will also develop an approach integrating the results of multidisciplinary research to assist researcher-teachers in experimenting with and evaluating new teaching practices.
