INTERNATIONAL STUDENT

Every year, Hassan II University of Casablanca, in collaboration with the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI), allocates educational placements, with or without scholarships, to students from partner countries holding at least a baccalaureate. To enhance its international outreach and attractiveness, UH2C inaugurated, in September 2024, the International Student Office (BEI). The BEI is a coordination structure dedicated to international affairs. It aims to offer international students a range of local services to facilitate their integration throughout their academic journey at UH2C.

A new digital platform has been adopted by the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI) and the Division of Cooperation and Partnership (DCP) to digitize the enrollment procedures for international students.

Applications for enrollment are submitted through diplomatic channels to the AMCI, according to the procedures and deadlines communicated each academic year to the Moroccan diplomatic representations abroad and to the accredited embassies in Morocco. Only candidates officially proposed to the AMCI and whose files are accepted by the concerned ministerial departments and training institutions can benefit from enrollment.

For more information, please consult the AMCI website : www.amci.ma

The Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI) grants scholarships each year to international students pursuing higher education in Morocco. These scholarships are awarded within the framework of cooperation programs established with partner countries and according to quotas defined annually by the AMCI, in consultation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. The scholarships cover the regulatory duration of the training cycle, ranging from 2 to 7 years.

The process for welcoming and housing international students in public university residences in Morocco is structured as follows :

  1. Annual Quota : The Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI) determines a specific annual quota for the reception of international students.
  2. Examination of Applications : The AMCI receives and evaluates the files of international students, establishes admission lists, and forwards them to the National Office for University, Social, and Cultural Works (ONOUSC).
  3. Allocation of Accommodations : ONOUSC issues housing permits to accepted students, within the limit of the set quota.
