As part of its higher education digitalization strategy, UH2C is launching a structuring and visionary project: the creation of its Virtual University. This digital entity, designed as a smart digital campus, aims to provide expanded, seamless, and high-quality access to distance learning.

Objectives :

• Centralize online training offerings (bachelor's, master's, continuing education, micro-certifications);
• Develop 100% online or hybrid programs, accessible nationally and internationally;
• Support the production of multimedia educational content (MOOCs, SPOCs, interactive capsules);
• Create a collaborative digital ecosystem between teachers, researchers, students, and partners.

Key components :

•  A unified learning platform integrating AI, learning analytics, and personalized learning paths;
•  Audiovisual production and educational scriptwriting studios;
• An e-learning teacher support and training center (CIP-UH2C);
• An open interface to Africa and the world.

This pioneering project positions UH2C among the African universities most committed to the digital transformation of higher education, in line with international standards.
