Organization of distance learning


As part of its digital transformation strategy, Hassan II University of Casablanca (UH2C) is implementing an integrated organization for distance learning, built around two complementary structures: the Center for Pedagogical Innovation (CIP) and the UH2C Virtual University.

Objective

To create a functional and operational synergy that ensures high-quality, accessible, innovative, and sustainable distance learning programs.

Roles of Each Structure :

Center for Pedagogical Innovation (CIP–UH2C)

Role: support, train, and innovate.

  • Training faculty in digital pedagogy
  • Pedagogical design of digital content
  • Educational innovation and research (AI, AR, flipped classroom, etc.)
  • Creation of multimedia learning resources
  • Support for pedagogical research

UH2C Virtual University

Role: produce, host, and deliver distance learning programs.

  • Development of online degree programs (Bachelor’s, Master’s, etc.)
  • Management of learning platforms and tools
  • Technological support (studios, technical assistance)
  • Online tutoring and instructional facilitation
  • Certification and quality assurance
